Curtis Hill is an author, speaker, and Vice President of Cisco’s Customer Assurance organization. This global team provides Cisco’s highest level of escalation to resolve customer issues, leverages lessons learned to mitigate pervasive issues and identifies potential systemic issues and partners to prevent them.
Previously, Hill founded Cisco’s High-Touch Technical Support Organization and also led Cisco’s Latin America and Japan support delivery theaters. He is co-author of the book Customer Service DNA: Building Blocks that Drive Customer Loyalty and has been a speaker at multiple industry conferences.
Before joining Cisco, Hill worked at Hewlett-Packard, Novell and AT&T.
